2.9.0 patched NEW FEATURES

• bw.SJ(), bw.bcv() and bw.ucv() now gain an optional 'tol' argument allowing more accurate estimates.

2.9.0 patched BUG FIXES

• bw.SJ(c(1:99, 1e6)) now works too.

2.9.0 patched BUG FIXES (Windows)

• Rcmd INSTALL --build in 2.9.0 did not make _bundles_ in the format install.packages() expected.
