When ‘"POSIXlt"’ date-time objects are ‘NA’-padded from subsetting or increasing ‘length’ in the ‘`[`’ or ‘`length<-`’ methods, the ‘"balanced"’ attribute is set to ‘NA’, now; noted in PR#18681, thanks to Mikael Jagan.
