The ‘as.list()’ method for class ‘"function"’ now checks its argument and behaves better for a fake "function", fixing PR#19173 thanks to Mark Padgham's report and patch proposal.
‘path.expand("~")’ and similar now should work correctly on Windows when the user name is not in ASCII and neither ‘%HOME%’ nor ‘%USER%’ environment variables are set, fixing PR#18949 thanks to the report and patch from Ivan Krylov and Mauricio Vargas's R Dev Day work.
