In ‘nls’, follow suggestion by Ben Bolker to reorder named vectors for ‘lower’ and ‘upper’ arguments to match names of the starting values (PR#18415). This has been extended so that you can now specify _only_ the parameters that you wish to constrain, and also so that it works when parameters are in the form of named lists.
