‘capabilities()’ now reports if ‘zstd’ compression is supported.
‘configure’ now reports if ‘zstd’ support was found.
The S4 methods for ‘initialize’ with signature ‘.Object="array"’, ‘.Object="matrix"’, or ‘.Object="ts"’ did not give higher precedence to named components of ‘...’, violating the convention of the default method. Thanks to Dan Murphy for the report (PR#14323).
